Refund Policy.

We consider refund of a purchased item within 7 days of the order received by you.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products are in the original packaging

  • Product isn’t used or damaged

  • Products must have receipt or proof of purchase

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us.

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

IRefunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mitti@mitti.ind.in 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mitti@mitti.ind.in
